Cybersecurity distributor Netpoleon ANZ has expanded its partnership with phishing defence specialist Cofense, with the two companies planning increased partner enablement and market development activities across Australia and New Zealand.
The strengthened collaboration will see Netpoleon continue to expand the availability of Cofense’s Unified Phishing Defense platform through its channel partner network, while increasing technical support, training and joint customer engagement activities.
The companies said the expanded relationship builds on an existing partnership and reflects growing demand from organisations looking to strengthen protection against phishing attacks that bypass traditional email security controls.
Paul Lim, Regional Director for Netpoleon Australia and New Zealand, said Cofense had established a strong presence among enterprise customers in the region.

The partnership will give Netpoleon’s channel partners expanded access to Cofense technology and enablement resources, including its AI-powered phishing detection and remediation capabilities.
Cofense has recently increased the use of AI automation within its Phishing Remediation offering, which is designed to identify related malicious messages and remove phishing campaigns from user inboxes.

Under the expanded partnership, Netpoleon and Cofense will also work together on joint market development initiatives designed to support partners and customers across ANZ.
Cofense’s Unified Phishing Defense platform combines phishing detection, remediation, threat intelligence and security awareness training, with a focus on threats that have already bypassed perimeter security controls.
