Expanded relationship builds on success in New Zealand and gives Australian organizations greater access to AI-accelerated security operations

Exabeam, the leader in Behaviour Intelligence for the agentic enterprise, today announced it has onboarded  with Chillisoft Australia. The expanded distribution relationship extends the companies’ successful collaboration in New Zealand into Australia, giving Australian organisations greater access to Exabeam solutions for modern security operations.

As an Exabeam distributor in Australia, Chillisoft will help bring behaviour-driven security operations from Exabeam to customers across the country, supported by Chillisoft’s regional market expertise, technical enablement, training, pre-sales support, proof-of-concept execution, and customer success focus. The relationship is designed to help Australian organisations improve threat detection, investigation, and response as businesses face a rapidly changing landscape shaped by cloud adoption, identity-based attacks, insider risk, AI-powered workflows, and the emergence of AI agents inside the enterprise.

“We are delighted to announce that Chillisoft Australia has partnered with Exabeam as our esteemed distribution partner. With their growing market presence and extensive expertise, we are confident that this collaboration will enable us to expand our reach and provide exceptional cybersecurity solutions to businesses across Australia. Together, Chillisoft and Exabeam are poised to deliver unparalleled value and protection against modern-day threats,” said Sean Abbott, Director, Channels and Alliances, APAC, Exabeam.

Chillisoft Australia will leverage the Exabeam New-Scale Security Operations Platform to deliver cloud-native analytics, behaviour-based detection, AI-assisted investigation, and outcomes-based insights. The platform applies Behaviour Intelligence to detect risk-based deviations from normal activity across users, entities, and AI agents. Customers in Australia can now access the technical depth, commercial support, and regional expertise needed to turn those challenges into measurable security outcomes with Chillisoft.

Alex Teh, Group CEO of Chillisoft, said the expansion into Australia reflects the success both companies have already achieved together in New Zealand.

“Our partnership with Exabeam has been extremely successful over many years in New Zealand, and we are excited to now extend that momentum into Australia,” said Alex Teh. “One of the key differentiators Chillisoft brings to the relationship is our strong technical capability across ANZ. We have invested heavily in building specialist cybersecurity engineering resources that allow us to provide high-quality pre-sales demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements for Exabeam partners and customers.”

“This technical investment has already delivered significant outcomes for both organisations, including a major recent win with leading bank in ANZ and Pacific. By working closely together, we’ve been able to accelerate customer confidence, shorten sales cycles, and ensure successful deployments.”

Gavin Lawless, CEO of Chillisoft Australia, said Exabeam’s recently launched MSSP offering also opens significant new opportunities within the managed services market.

“The launch of Exabeam’s MSSP program comes at exactly the right time for the Australian market,” said Gavin Lawless. “It enables us to work with a new generation of managed service providers who can now deliver Exabeam as a managed security service rather than simply reselling software licenses. This creates a much stronger long-term value proposition for partners and customers alike.”
