Hot on the heels of being named CEO of Baidam, Australia’s leading First Nations information technology provider, Beau Hodge has appointed Anita Sheridan-Roddick (formerly National Sales Director) as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
A highly regarded sales leader with significant tenure in the cybersecurity industry, Sheridan-Roddick joined Baidam in July 2025. Her appointment to the newly created CRO role reflects the determination of Baidam’s
Co-founders and owners, Jack Reis and Pip Jenkinson, not only to maintain the business’s growth curve but also to promote from within and create an environment of opportunity.

Anita’s been there, done that, and has the cybersecurity T-shirt when it comes to achieving results by building out a managed, professional practice.

Hodge says Sheridan-Roddick’s appointment also confidently signals that Baidam is no longer the small First Nations business with an ambitious social impact vision that made headlines eight years ago. “As we build out our executive team, it’s telling the world that we’ve got the right people doing the right things to build the business.”

Sheridan-Roddick is delighted to be stepping into the new CRO role, and says exciting times are ahead. “My priority will be ensuring we have a go-to-market strategy that the Baidam team can execute on. We’ve already been restructuring across the business, enabling us to double down on our technical capabilities – both in our SOC and front-end professional services. With a focus on team enablement and a new sales management layer, there will be some great career progression opportunities for our team. Sheridan-Roddick has officially commenced her role as CRO. She is based at Baidam’s Sydney office.
