Milestone Systems has announced the return of Mike Metcalfe, who has rejoined the company as Key Account Manager South Pacific, taking responsibility for the New Zealand market while driving strategic growth across key industries in Australia.
Metcalfe’s appointment reinforces Milestone Systems’ commitment to strengthening its presence across the ANZ region, particularly in critical infrastructure, government, law enforcement, transportation and large-scale commercial sectors. In his dual-focused role, he will lead enterprise and public-sector development in Australia while overseeing overall market growth and partner engagement throughout New Zealand.
With extensive experience in advanced technology platforms, Metcalfe brings a strong understanding of how video and data-driven solutions can enhance situational awareness, improve decision-making and support operational resilience in complex environments.

Having previously worked at Milestone Systems, Metcalfe returns with expanded expertise gained through senior roles at Everbridge and Irisity, where he worked across critical event management, AI-driven analytics and enterprise platforms.
