Gigamon spotlights ANZ partners at 2026 global sales kickoff

Gigamon has recognised its top-performing partners from Australia and New Zealand at its 2026 global Sales Kickoff, highlighting the growing role of the ANZ channel in helping organisations strengthen cyber resilience across hybrid and cloud environments.

The deep observability specialist announced its Catalyst Partner Program Award and Technology Alliance Partner winners as part of the annual event, celebrating partners that helped extend Gigamon’s leadership in the deep observability market during 2025. According to market research firm 650 Group, Gigamon achieved a 50 per cent market share in the first half of last year.

For the ANZ region, the spotlight fell on Prescient Solutions, named APAC Partner of the Year, alongside NextGen, which took out Distributor of the Year for APAC.

Nicholas Kirby, managing director at Prescient Solutions, said the award reflects close collaboration between the two companies in delivering security outcomes for customers navigating increasingly complex environments.

“With Gigamon, our customers gain the deep observability needed in today’s AI-driven environments—enabling security teams to secure and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure,” Kirby said.

NextGen managing director for Australia and New Zealand Wendy O’Keeffe said the partnership continues to build momentum across the region, particularly as enterprises look for better visibility into encrypted traffic, lateral movement, and cloud workloads.

“This award is a reflection of the strong momentum we’ve created together and the impact our teams are having in ANZ,” she said, pointing to rising demand from critical infrastructure, government and enterprise customers seeking deeper insight into their digital estates.

The awards come as Australian and New Zealand organisations face mounting pressure from regulators and boards alike to demonstrate stronger cyber resilience, particularly in hybrid cloud environments where visibility gaps can expose businesses to advanced threats.

Gigamon’s channel-first strategy places partners at the centre of that effort, according to chief revenue officer John Giacomini.

“Our global partners are trusted advisors and cybersecurity experts, empowering organisations with the deep observability needed to navigate today’s AI-driven world and increasingly complex threat landscape,” Giacomini said.

Beyond ANZ, Gigamon also recognised a range of global partners, including World Wide Technology (Americas Partner of the Year – Enterprise), GuidePoint Security (Americas Partner of the Year – Public Sector), and Vizst (EMEA Partner of the Year).

On the technology side, Elastic was named Technology Alliance Partner of the Year, recognised for its integration with Gigamon Insights to deliver network-derived telemetry into Elastic’s platform—helping customers accelerate threat detection and investigations across hybrid environments.

Additional honours went to NTT DATA in LATAM, along with distributors Carahsoft in the Americas and Exclusive Networks in EMEA.

At the centre of Gigamon’s partner ecosystem is its Catalyst Channel Program, which supports the delivery of the company’s Deep Observability Pipeline—providing network-derived telemetry to security, cloud and observability tools. The program has received seven consecutive five-star ratings in CRN’s Partner Program Guide.

With cyber threats accelerating across the region and enterprises embracing AI and hybrid cloud at scale, Gigamon says its ANZ partners will play a critical role in helping organisations close visibility gaps, strengthen security operations, and manage growing complexity in 2026 and beyond.
