Gigamon, the leading deep observability company, today announced that Dee Dee Acquista has been named vice president of Worldwide Channel and Alliances.
With 25 years of experience in channel strategy, Acquista brings a fresh perspective as she and the team build on the company’s channel-first strategy to propel the Gigamon catalyst partner program and its deep observability pipeline to new heights.
As a channel expert well-attuned to the needs of today’s cloud-first organisations, Acquista joins Gigamon at a time when organisations are facing intense pressure to successfully operate across complex, hybrid cloud infrastructures – all while maintaining a strong, resilient security posture.
This presents an enormous opportunity for both the company and its channel partners. In fact, according to 650 Group, the deep observability market is forecasted to reach $2B by 2026 – and in the first half of 2022, Gigamon owned 68 percent of the market share.
“Dee Dee’s intense passion for channel execution, paired with her esteemed recognition across the channel community positions her well to accelerate the continued success of the Gigamon channel efforts,” said Doug Woodley, senior vice president, worldwide sales at Gigamon.
“Gigamon has a well-established bench of strategic channel-minded individuals. With Dee Dee’s proven track record in driving channel success, she’s the ideal person to lead our team through the next phase of the company’s growth as we and our partners continue to equip cloud-first organisations with the deep observability capabilities they require to realise the full transformational promise of the cloud.”
“As organisations continue to navigate their hybrid and multi-cloud transformational journeys, I look forward to working with Gigamon and its channel and alliance partners to meet the evolving needs of our global customers and accelerate revenue to fuel our long-term growth,” said Acquista.
“This is a time of significant momentum for Gigamon, as the company continues to invest in and advance its deep observability pipeline while bolstering purpose-driven partnerships and deeper ecosystem alignment.”
