In this episode of the ASIAL Security Insider Podcast, we discuss International Security Officers’ Day (ISOD) which takes place on the 24th of July every year.
Our guest speaker is Jason Brown, National Security Director for Thales. Jason was one of the original founders of International Security Officers Day working with George Chin to promote and drive this initiative out to countries across the Globe.
Now celebrated in countries such as the UK, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Thailand, Macau, India and Indonesia to name just a few, Jason explains what ISOD is? How it came about? Why you should celebrate it and how can you and get involved? Whether you run a security company, use security services or work in the industry, this is a day that the entire security industry should get behind and celebrate.
