Milestone Systems will be at the annual ASIAL Security Exhibition and Conference in Sydney from July 24-26, in conjunction with several of the company’s strategic partners including Anixter, BGW Technologies, Bosch, Inner Range, Imagus, Ipsotek, Snap Surveillance, and VSP.
Important developments for Milestone will be introduced at the event, including the organisation’s new Marketplace solution for connecting end users with the right partners and technologies, and the unveiling of Oceania’s first local Care Desk.
Marketplace connects technology partners with system integrators and installers, enabling better collaboration to produce and build even better solutions. The innovation makes it easy to sort through technology offerings that are proven to work with Milestone XProtect, as well as providing a forum for stakeholders to communicate thoughts, share experiences and brainstorm ideas.
Milestone Systems takes great pride in providing advanced levels of customer care, and the Oceania team have launched the region’s first local Care Desk, working out of the company’s Melbourne office.
“As well as displaying the latest video technologies at this year’s Exhibition, we are also extremely proud to announce the launch of a local Care Desk right here in Australia, which will provide extended services to our reseller partners and end users. In particular this will help them get more value from the Milestone Care Plus service,” said Jordan Cullis, APAC Sales Director at Milestone Systems.
“Further to this, the Milestone Marketplace is going to bring a whole lot of new functionality to our partner network, and have great benefits for Australian service providers.”
“Once again, we will be demonstrating the power of our open platform and highlighting the growing ecosystem of complementary technologies that derive extra value and functionality by collaborating with Milestone,” concludes Cullis.
Milestone will be at booth C14 for the duration of the event, displaying a wide range of Video Management Software (VMS) solutions and associated technologies from partners.
