Business As Usual

Q Security Systems, a National Wholesaler and Distributor of Video Surveillance Systems, Intrusion Systems, Access Control and Video Intercom Systems, has announced a number of new distribution agreements across the alarm, intrusion detection and home automation markets.

According to Chief Executive Officer Rob Rosa “Despite the recent change to our business which arose from Tyco’s decision to change its distribution model in Australia, (a decision not based on Q Security’s performance), we feel we are now in a better position to move forward than ever before.”

“Removing a number of product lines from our range has meant we are now free to enter partnerships with some of the industry’s leading manufacturers. These new distribution agreements will give us very strong solutions in both the cloud security and home automation space, as well as allowing us to expand our intrusion detection range with a well established, high quality brand. Combined with our current range of Alumia cameras, which continues to gain strength in the market, as well as our range of NUUO video management solutions, we feel we are stronger then ever. In fact, we had a brilliant month last month and this month looks strong too. So much so we had to make a number of new appointments including Rob Lucas who has taken a role as our new National intrusion detection manager.”

Rob goes on to explain “I am very comfortable with our direction as we move ahead. The recent changes to our business have enabled us to reassess our position and strategy and ensure that we are well placed to take advantage of some great opportunities which will lead to even stronger growth in the coming months.”
