Conveniently located in Greenacre, the brand new Security Merchants showroom in NSW heralds the next stage of evolution for one of Australia’s fast growing distribution businesses.
According to NSW State Manager, Salvatore (Sav) Mara, “We specifically chose this site for a number of reasons. In addition to being right on a main road for easy access, Greenacre is ideally situated between North and South Sydney with a view to making life as convenient as possible for our clients.”
However, this new showroom is about much more than just geographic convenience, explains Sav. “In building this new location, we really wanted to create something that went beyond the typical showroom. Traditionally, a security distributor’s showroom is designed as a place where customers can come and purchase product. We wanted to create something that could be of greater benefit to the industry. This location, like all our new showrooms, has been designed as a type of customer experience centre. It has been specifically designed to enable our clients to bring their customers in and show them new products and discuss the client’s needs with technical experts.”
“We understand that not every installer and integrator as a properly appointed space within their own business where they can showcase the latest in cutting edge solutions for clients. Creating such a space would be cost prohibitive for most businesses. This is why we have chosen to build centres like our new Sydney showroom all across the country. This way, our clients don’t have to carry the cost of maintaining a nicely appointed showroom with all the latest solutions on display, but they still get to enjoy the benefits of such a space. Amongst other things, the new Sydney showroom will offer training, product information events and functions as well as serving as a technology hub for integrators and installers all across the Sydney region.
